I had somebody in Canada contact me about TIP gentling a horse for her. Anybody know if this is allowable by the BLM & MHF? If so, any pitfalls to know about? |

I can't answer the question directly about TIP horses, but I have read title can be a problem because it takes a year to title a BLM horse. The poster I read recommended that people outside of the USA adopt sales authority horses because title is available immediately. Are sales authority horses available for TIP traning?
